Deed Preparation

Deed of Gift, Deed of Sale, Deed of Trust (deed preparation & recording). Deed Preparation to include getting source deed from the circuit court or owner drafting new deed, executing deed, and taking to the courthouse to be recorded. Once recorded the original deed is returned to the new owner.
